Better break planning

Break planning is now easier from setup to roster.

You can set default paid rest breaks and unpaid meal breaks for each role. When you create a new shift for that role, Timble automatically fills in the break times—so you don’t need to enter the same details again and again.

You can also turn on Show breaks from the roster’s View menu to see break lengths directly on each shift, without opening shifts one by one.

Improvements

  • Shift editors now use clearer New Zealand terminology: Rest break (paid) and Meal break (unpaid).
  • Report figures can now be selected and copied directly into a spreadsheet.
  • Staff assignment locations are easier to navigate, with safer location and department selection.
