PayHero is a powerful, modern and intuitive payroll solution that helps reduce the time and effort required to manage payroll and related processes. With its cloud-based system, you can access employee information, generate payslips, view payroll reports and more, all in one place.

CSV Export


Export the PayHero CSV format from Timble and import it into PayHero. No changes to the columns are required. This is beneficial as it reduces the amount of manual work needed to manage payroll, saving time and money.

How does it work?

Step 1.  Role and employee mapping

Map role in Timble to Work Name in PayHero.

If you have a different work name in PayHero and want the work name column populated with the role name from Timble, you can set them up here. If you don't have multiple work names in PayHero, you can leave them empty.

Map the employees using the display name in PayHero and keep the display name as it appears in PayHero.

Step 2. Approve and export timesheets

Check and approve timesheets in Timble, making amendments if needed. After approving all timesheets for the pay period, click the Export button in the top right corner of the timesheets page and select PayHero.

Step 3. Import into PayHero and run a pay

To import the timesheets CSV file into PayHero, navigate to the Time → Timesheets section and click the menu bottom.

After importing successfully, you will see that hours are populated for each employee.
