The capability to submit and view team members' availability directly in the rostering system. This provides managers with a real-time overview of staff availability, streamlining the rostering process for maximum efficiency.
Team abilities will be visible on the roster screen with a green background.
Go to Accounts β Availability and enter your available days or times, supporting bulk submissions.
Navigate to Settings β General, scroll down to the Availability & Unavailability section, and enable the option "Allow team members to submit availability."

Now, you've got the choice to send out shift reminders via push notifications. The system will kindly remind staff about their upcoming shifts before they start.
Navigate to Settings β General, and proceed to the Roster section for configuration.
Staff can now accept or decline their shifts using the Timble mobile app. If staff decline a shift, they must attach a note for managers to make necessary adjustments.

Staff can now submit their own timesheets on the mobile app if they forget to sign in.
If staff forget to sign out for their shifts, they have the ability to manually adjust their hours. Please note that changes can only be made when the timesheet status is pending.
Managers can check the notes while approving timesheets.
The system maintains records of all modifications made to each entry.
Now, all shift details, including hours, breaks, and notes, can be easily viewed on the mobile app.

Rostering templates enable you to create on-demand shifts in advance and allocate them as needed throughout the week. This is particularly useful if your team:
Using templates can streamline your team rostering process while meeting your business requirements effectively.
If you've already created a weekly roster, simply save it as a template and load it onto the fitting week.
You can begin with an empty template and add the shifts that matter most to your business. There are two options available for each shift: openshift or a specific member.
Load the template for the week you would like to use.
Managers can be granted permission to manage templates, enabling them to utilise templates for their respective departments.

The open shifts feature is finally here! You now have the flexibility to create shifts and assign qualified team members later or offer them to other available team members who are keen to work during that time. How awesome is that? π
You've got the option to let your staff claim open shifts! To enable this feature for your team members, just head over to Settings β General and tick the "Allow team members to claim open shifts" box.
After enabled allowing team members to claim open shifts, staff will be able to see the "Open shifts" menu on the Accounts screen. They can then claim the shifts they prefer. The rule is simple: first come, first served.

There can be various reasons why you may need staff members to enter notes for their shifts. This can help in having a better experience when approving timesheets on payday. For example, if they forgot to clock in or out, or what time they started their shift, etc.
Now, with Timble Time Clock's on-site mode, you have the ability to allow staff members to add notes during the sign-in or sign-out process.
Setting it up is easy, just follow these 2 steps:
Tap the note button on the PIN screen and enter any necessary notes.
Managers will be able to preview the notes provided by staff members for each entry.
You have an option to display shift notes on the printed roster.

Previously, only employees using the Timble Time Clock app on their own smartphones could utilize buddy punch prevention. Now, this feature is also available in on-site mode.
To enable this option, follow these steps:
Make sure you have upgraded to the latest version of the Timble Time Clock app (v2.3.0).
Once everything is set up, the PIN screen will activate the camera to capture photos when staff members sign in or out of shifts.
