Key benefits

📱 Only the right people use mobile clock-ins

Prevent unauthorised use by limiting access to approved staff.

🔐 Keep your time tracking clean and secure

Minimise errors and manipulation by managing how staff clock in.

🛠️ Flexible control, quick to set up

Enable or disable mobile access for each staff member in seconds.

🎯 Custom-fit for how your team works

Perfect for businesses where some staff are on-site, others are mobile.

How it works

Start with open access, or limit to specific members

By default, all team members can clock in and out using their personal devices. If you’d like more control, switch to “Specific team members” and choose exactly who can use the Timble Time Clock app on their phone.

Staff install the app if approved

Once approved, staff can download the Timble Time Clock app and start clocking in and out. Anyone without access won’t be able to log in — giving you peace of mind that mobile access is only used where it’s needed.

Track mobile clock-ins with confidence

See exactly who’s using mobile clock-ins and where they’re clocking in from. Whether your team works across sites or remotely, you’ll have a clear view of time tracking activity — with less admin and more accuracy.
