How it works

Enable GPS Clock-ins in settings

To enable this feature, go to Settings → Time Clock App and turn on the “Enable collecting GPS location” option. It only takes a few seconds to set up. Once enabled, GPS data will be recorded automatically at clock-in and clock-out — no extra tools needed.

Staff use their phones to clock in

When staff clock in or out using the Timble Time Clock app, the system records their GPS location at that exact moment. This ensures that time entries reflect actual on-site attendance without tracking them all day. It’s simple, fast, and keeps everyone accountable.

Review clock-in locations on timesheets

Each clock-in and clock-out is tagged with a location and visible on the timesheet. Managers and payroll reviewers can quickly spot entries made from outside the expected area. If something looks off, it can be reviewed before hours are approved or paid.
